Solid bar stock is superior to standard aluminum blocks because it lacks internal porosity, ensuring that heat is moved away from the PET preform instantly and evenly. Re-engineering Exhaust and Water Circuits

Most of our optimization efforts for 570ml lines focus on pneumatic and thermal flow. We re-design the venting slots to ensure rapid air displacement during high-speed blowing. This prevents air pockets that cause incomplete bottle formation. Simultaneously, we re-engineer the internal water circuits to induce turbulence. Turbulent flow is far more effective at removing heat than standard laminar flow, allowing us to regulate the temperature of the mold body with extreme precision and shorten your overall cycle time.

The surface treatment of our molds contributes to these performance gains. The exterior is treated with Hard Anodizing for long-term durability, while the interior is kept raw and mirror-polished.
