Core Functions

Preform Supporting: Inserts into the preform neck to provide stable support

Deformation Prevention: Avoids preform tilting, deformation or falling during heating and transfer

Positioning Accuracy: Maintains precise posture and position for stable molding

Working Principle

The spindle nose fixes the preform at the set position, transfers it to the heating furnace for heating, then the gripper clamps and transfers the preform to align with the blow mold cavity, and finally completes the whole process from PET preform to finished bottle.

Maintenance & Care

Regular Cleaning: Remove dust and impurities to keep matching clearance clean

Wear Inspection: Check shaft body, journal and sealing parts periodically

Timely Replacement: Replace worn parts to ensure positioning accuracy and service life
