BJY 36*82 Take-out Plate

A preform leaves the cavity with a shape but without the strength to defend it. That narrow window is where the take-out plate does its work. Ours measures 36 x 82 mm and weighs 21.5 g, and it receives the preform, holds it while it cools, and transfers it out of the mold.

Two Things the Transfer Has to Do

The plate holds the preform evenly, so the surface stays clean and the preform keeps the shape it was just moulded in. It also supports the preform evenly while it cools, so the part finishes its shrinkage under balanced restraint and holds its dimensions instead of setting in a slightly different shape. Both happen at once, on every preform, all shift.

Where It Matters Most: The Neck

The neck is already final when the transfer happens. It carries the thread your cap will engage and the surface your closure will seal against. Holding it evenly through the transfer keeps that thread and that sealing surface inside the tolerance your capping equipment expects, with nothing left for you to correct further down the line.

Imported A6061 Aluminum: Light, Stable, Clean Machining

We machine the plate from imported A6061 aluminum. The alloy cuts cleanly, which lets us hold the working face to a smooth, uniform contact surface so the surface your preform touches passes nothing into it. A6061 also keeps its shape in service and resists corrosion, so the support stays balanced and the release stays clean for every preform, not just the first.

A Black Anodized Surface

We finish the plate with black anodizing. The layer grows out of the aluminum surface itself, so it is part of the part rather than something applied over it, and it stands up to the humid air of a bottling hall and to the handling that comes with changeovers.

Ready to Install

Before packing, we compare every finished plate with the drawing and with a reference part. What you receive is a plate a fitter can install without having to think about it, because it behaves exactly like the one it replaces.
