Material, Surface Treatment, and Venting Technology

Material selection is a fundamental aspect of BJY’s manufacturing philosophy. We use high-quality imported solid aluminum bars for the cavity body, providing excellent thermal conductivity and supporting stable thermal management during high-speed production. The mold surface is enhanced through a hard-anodizing process that improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Furthermore, BJY integrates precise venting systems along the mold’s parting lines. These precisely machined venting channels facilitate efficient air evacuation during the blowing phase, helping the PET material conform properly to the cavity surface and reducing the risk of trapped air and localized forming defects.

Mechanical Compatibility and Lifecycle Management

BJY’s design for 500ml mold cavities prioritizes ease of technical maintenance and long-term durability. The integrated Quick Change system allows for efficient mold format changes, directly contributing to stable production scheduling.

BJY applies precision CNC machining processes to maintain consistent dimensional accuracy and repeatable performance across customized cavities, according to project requirements. This helps each customized cavity achieve stable and reliable performance within the rotary blowing assembly.
