  • Crucial Care Instructions (From Our Engineers)

    To get the longest life out of this mold, listen to these tips. We see too many operators damaging new molds by over-cleaning.

    New Mold Alert: Do NOT use aggressive cleaners on a fresh mold. We ship them perfectly polished. Wiping them down immediately with strong solvents will dull the surface finish prematurely. Save the deep cleans for later.

    Routine Wiping: Once the mold is in use, use medical-grade absorbent cotton and a dedicated cleaner to remove dust and oil from the parting lines and base.

    Fight Rust: Keep the storage area dry. A light coat of rust inhibitor goes a long way, especially if the humidity spikes.

    Lube Smart: Moving parts (guide pillars, sliders) need food-grade grease, but don’t overdo it. Excess grease gets into the cavity and ruins the bottles.

    Waterways: Use softened water. Scale buildup in the cooling lines is a silent killer for mold accuracy. Check those channels monthly.
