Real Molds, Real Precision: BJY Showcases Custom Rotary Blow Molds at Propack Asia 2026 (Stand C2-AF62)

    If you run high-speed Sidel, Krones, or SIPA rotary blowing machines, you know how hard it is to get reliable replacement molds. Original OEM molds come with massive price tags and long lead times. At the same time, cheap aftermarket options often fail—their poorly designed cooling water channels lead to bottle shrinkage, thin spots, or terrible partition lines.

     

    To solve this, our team at BJY (Foshan Baijinyi) has traveled to Bangkok for Propack Asia 2026. On June 11, our exhibit space at Stand C2-AF62 is buzzing with activity. We didn’t bring heavy, oversized mold shells to display. Instead, we have packed our tables with actual, physical PET blow molds. We want you to stop by and feel the quality yourself.

     

    Technicians and plant directors from across Southeast Asia are crowding our tables, picking up the molds, and examining our surface finishes. They are looking closely at how we construct our rotary blow molds. To match specific filling requirements, BJY uses optimized material configurations. For hot-fill blowing cavities, we utilize premium stainless steel (such as S136) to withstand continuous thermal stress. For daily water and high-speed aseptic lines, we construct the molds from premium aluminum alloys, which provide outstanding thermal conductivity and lightweight performance. Our design team uses high-precision CNC machining to optimize the internal cooling water channel configuration. By maximizing the heat transfer surface area, cold water circulates uniformly, carrying away heat instantly. Faster cooling means shorter cycle times, allowing your high-speed rotary blowing machinery to run at peak rated speeds.

     

    Every single BJY blow mold is held to strict tolerances within ±0.01mm. This precise dimensional control guarantees perfect alignment and seamless mold locking during high-speed rotary blowing, preventing any structural micro-flexing and completely eliminating prominent bottle parting lines.
