Foshan Baijinyi Precise Technology Co., Ltd. (BJY) will be at ALLPACK Indonesia 2026 in Jakarta this October, at Booth BD012 in Hall D. Over the course of four days at our exhibition, we warmly welcome all visitors to explore opportunities and seek information.
BJY Production
BJY’s production base is located in Hongweitai Industrial Park, Sanshui District, Foshan. With more than 15 years of manufacturing experience, the plant covers over 4,000 square meters. We mainly focus on PET mold design, precision manufacturing and related engineering services. It takes around one hour to travel from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to BJY, making site visits convenient for international customers.
The brand name “BJY” derives from a Chinese philosophy of continuous improvement — keep forging ahead even after reaching milestones. This mindset quietly guides BJY’s approach to product development and long-term partnership.
How BJY Works With Customers
Conversations here tend to start with a fault. Someone photographs a worn cavity, or describes bottles that have gone hazy on the line, and the question is where to look first. BJY engineers then examine the machine the customer already runs, because the mold has to fit that interface rather than the other way around. From there the work can go several ways. A new mold gets built to a bottle drawing. A bottle concept is taken through prototyping and mold testing. An existing blow mold is modified for a new shape. A worn set is refurbished instead of replaced. Drawings, preform specs, sample bottles and defect lists are all useful starting points, and questions are welcome well before a project exists.
Bring Your Drawings to the Booth
Visitors are welcome to bring drawings, preform specifications, sample bottles or a list of recurring defects. Many of the discussions that turn into projects start with a single worn part and a photo on a phone.
