BJY Showcases High-Precision Molds and Components at ALLPACK Indonesia — Visit Us at Booth DB012, Hall D

Jakarta, October 20 — The 25th edition of ALLPACK Indonesia, the international exhibition for food processing and packaging, opened at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) on October 20 and runs through October 23. Covering industries including food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and more, the exhibition brings together businesses from across the sector. BJY (Foshan Baijinyi Precision Technology Co., Ltd.) is exhibiting at Booth DB012 in Hall D, showcasing its full range of PET liquid packaging molds and precision spare parts manufactured in-house.

Founded in Foshan in 2011, BJY has focused on PET blow molds, preform injection molds, and mold wear parts. Its products cover key stages of the packaging process, from preform injection and bottle blowing to capping. BJY molds are used primarily on production lines for bottled water, beverages, and liquid personal care products. These lines often run around the clock, making mold stability and reliability something customers can see in their daily operations.

At this exhibition, PET blow molds are among BJY’s key products. Each mold is customized to match the customer’s blow molding machine and preform specifications. The forming surfaces are polished to a mirror finish, helping produce bottles with smooth, clear, and glossy surfaces.

BJY also manufactures its precision spare parts in-house. Neck rings are heat-treated to HRC 53 and finished with a DLC coating, offering an estimated service life around 10% longer than conventional alternatives. Take-out tubes are made from imported A6061 aluminum and finished with black anodizing to support fast, uniform preform cooling. Mold shells are machined from imported solid aluminum billets and finished with hard anodizing to improve surface protection against impact and reduce wear caused by repeated mold opening and closing. BJY’s product quality has earned strong recognition from customers.
