Working Principle

This mold uses stretch blow molding, perfect for CSD bottles. Here’s how it works: heat a PET preform, put it in the mold cavity, stretch it both ways with a rod, blow high-pressure air to make it fit the mold, let it cool and set, then take out the finished bottle. The mold’s cooling channels and precise cavity make sure the bottle stretches evenly, has consistent thickness, and can handle carbonation pressure.

Application Scope

It’s mainly for 300ml carbonated soft drink bottles, but we can customize it for other liquids too—juice, milk, edible oil, detergent, you name it. It’s perfect for large automated production lines, helping you make more bottles and better quality ones.
