Working Principle
Here’s how it works in blow molding: first, we heat the preform until it’s flexible enough to shape, then feed it into the high-speed rotating blow molding machine. The base mold locks the preform’s bottom in place tightly. When compressed air is pumped into the preform, the plastic expands and fits closely to the inner sides of both the base mold and outer mold. Guided by the base mold’s exact structure, the preform turns into a 459ml bottle with the desired bottom style—ensuring even wall thickness and consistent bottle shapes every time.
